Ya itulah kita sebagai admin kadang kita berhadapan user yang aneh-2 tingkahnya. Inboxnya sampai lebih dari 100 mail belum dibaca wa..wa..wa Coba baca UU ITE sepertinya kita dilindungi. Selama yang digunakan user itu masih milik perusahaan dan kita berusaha menyelamatkan milik perusahaan, tidak ada maksud lain. Email / dokumen yang disimpan di hardisk yang tidak ada kaitannya dengan urusan kantorpun sebetulnya bisa dihapus, supaya lebih kuat posisi tsb harus buat surat ke manajemen, jika di acc, baru diberitahukan ke user-2. Pengalaman yang ada, lagu-2, video kadang disimpan di harddisk milik perusahan yang mana harddisk D: 40GB tinggal 1GB. Dan klo kita beli hardisk berhadapan dengan Finance (tiap tahun kok beli harddisk melu..lu).
