Kompie saya kena virus, awalnya folder terbaca empty. Sekarang, kompie saya tidak dapat booting sama sekali. Saya sudah coba pinjam hard disk teman, lalu hard disk saya menjadi slave. Sudah coba discan menggunakan avira, SMADAV, BIT Defender, Avast. Beberapa virus, trojan worm dll, memang terdetect lsg delete. Tetapi hard disk saya, tetap tidak bisa booting. Rencana mau saya install ulang OSnya, otomatis data yg di C:\ harus saya back up dulu kan. (hard disk saya jadi slave). Begitu data saya yg di desktop mau diback up, muncul ACCESS IS DENIED. Karena user accounts saya memang Password Protected. Mohon bantuan bimbingan dari rekan2, cara saya ambil data yg di desktop tersebut!!! kalau open source banyak pak, diantaranya Sugar CRM, Open Bravo dll. yang berbayar juga banyak.
