kalau yang kena itu email perusahaan, memang sangat disarankan memanfaatkan spf tapi kalau email publik seperti hotmail atau gmail, agak susah bermain di SPF (mereka sudah punya spf) karena sebenarnya SPF saja tidak cukup untuk menghadang phising dan atau spam butuh juga yang namanya anti-relay dan diperlukan juga yang namanya antispam dengan rbl yang cukup lengkap maupun level scoring yang tepat. itupun terkadang masih ada yang suka lolos Hal ini berlaku baik di gmail, yahoo maupun hotmail. Yahoo.com tidak punya SPF, mereka lebih memilih menggunakan recursive dns sebagai penangkalnya dan itu sebenarnya bagus tapi tidak cukup bagus untuk standard best practice penggunaan mail server. Untuk orang awam rata2 sumber utamanya bermula dari device masing2. Sebagai contoh, semenjak speedy launching pertama kali sampai akhirnya smtp.telkom.net memutuskan untuk mensecurekan smtp mereka, IP telkom sudah ter-blacklist dalam level 3 useprotect dan merupakan penyumbang terbesar nomor 4 di dunia sebagai penghasil spam. useprotect.net dulunya smtp.telkom.net merupakan mail server yang open relay, yang artinya bebas mengirim email menggunakan email orang lain. seperti yang ditulis dalam blog teman saya http://speedyro.blogspot.com/ dan sangat banyak didunia mail server yang bersifat open relay (yang biasa digunakan oleh phising dan spammer) Jika anda mendapatkan email spam dan masuk ke inbox anda, daftarkanlah domain dan IP tersebut ke BL seperti spamcop atau spamhaus. jika email anda yang menjadi spamnya, sebaiknya lakukanlah hal ini : * pastikan perangkat yang dibuat untuk kirim terima email bersih dari virus pasang antinya seperti av dan as * format ulang jauh lebih baik, karena terkadang AV hanya membersihkan virusnya, tapi tidak akibatnya. * minta recevier untuk melakukan whitelist atas email anda * jika anda pakai domain sendiri, ada baiknya untuk mendaftarkan ke dnswl (dns whitelist) * laporkan juga IP sender yang menggunakan email anda sebagai spammer * jika address anda digunakan sebagai spam dan IP yang digunakan adalah IP yang anda gunakan, kembalilah ke bintang yang pertama, jika perlu kerjakan lah bintang yang kedua Karena forum ini isinya sangat banyak, saya pikir ada baiknya berbagi, bagi yang belum mengetahui mohon maaf jika kepanjangan.
