[ITCENTER] Pindah Lokal user password Win 2003 Server R2
Master - master sekalian , Mungkin ini hal klasik , tetapi saya masih belum bisa menemukan solusi atas hal tsb. Jadi singkatnya , saya akan melakukan migrasi suatu server OS win 2003 R2 , beda mesin tentunya , nah masalahnya ada ratusan user tentunya password yang harus dipindah juga ( belum memakai Active Directory ) masih workgroup. 1. Saya sudah coba memakai acronis enterprise backup image (di websitenya diinfokan bisa restore di mesin yg berbeda) untuk melakukan image di mesin lama di restore di mesin baru , tetapi selalu gagal / image corrupted messagenya. 2. Saya coba dgn software LC6 untuk mengambil data user - passw, tetapi hanya sedikit sekali yang bisa dimunculkan. Apakah master - master ada pengalaman seperti ini / success story , mohon pencerahannya. Dear ITers, Mau tanya nih, ada kah teman-teman yang pernah menggunakan Outlook Anywhere di Office 2007 atau 2010? Saya ada masalah email yang terpotong. Jadi email yang panjang tidak bisa diterima seluruhnya (bagian bawah terpotong). Padahal ukuran emailnya tidak besar. Contoh paling jelas adalah email dari milis dalam bentuk digest. Rekans IT, ... Salah satu server saya yg tidak dipakai type lama HP Proliant ML150 G1 akan saya manfaakan lagi sbg server MySQL selama pembuatan aplikasi, cuma ada kendala di PSU 450 watt. sepertinya PSU-nya rusak, karena memang dr tahun 2005 blm ganti dipakai 24 jam. begitu On dia running sebentar kemudian mati. Saya sdh coba cari di beberapa toko yg sesuai HP Spare : 344674-003 agak sulit, apa saya bisa pakai PSU ATX Enlight 500 watt biasa (24 pin+8pin), karena saya butuh cepat ? Setelah menghabiskan waktu hampir 1 jam membaca berbagai tautan pada halaman tersebut dan tautan dari halaman yang tertaut, kesimpulannya adalah bukan menyeragamkan, tapi menyeramkan. Salah satu yang termasuk paling menyeramkan adalah konten gmail saya bisa diakses oleh google search. Belum lagi berbagai informasi dari ponsel, laptop dan PC yang dikumpulkan google. Google memang memberikan opsi untuk beberapa layanan agar tidak diakses oleh google search. Tapi opsi privacy tersebut tidak berlaku pada seluruh layanan yang ada. Kemudian, berapa banyak dari jutaan pengguna layanan-layanan google di Indonesia yang bersedia membaca dan mencari detil-detil tersebut? Dari hasil survey singkat (gaya mengacungkan tangan) yang saya lakukan pada berbagai seminar, workshop atau pelatihan terkait keamanan dunia maya, 99% penghuni dunia maya mengaku tidak ada yang membaca End user License Agreement (EULA), Privacy policy dan yang sejenisnya. Padahal, kita tahu apakah kita bersepakat (klik tombol Accept) dengan “setan” atau bukan setelah setiap detil dibaca satu per satu. Mengapa saya peduli dan meluangkan waktu menulis tentang perubahan yang menyeramkan pada kebijakan Google? Karena di dunia nyata maupun dunia maya, kalau mau aman tidak bisa sendiri. Percuma saya memilih opsi supaya email saya tidak diakses oleh google search, tapi rekan dan keluarga saya tidak melakukan hal sama. Dari hasil survey singkat (gaya mengacungkan tangan) yang saya lakukan pada berbagai seminar, workshop atau pelatihan terkait keamanan dunia maya, 99% penghuni dunia maya mengaku tidak ada yang membaca End user License Agreement (EULA), Privacy policy dan yang sejenisnya. Padahal, kita tahu apakah kita bersepakat (klik tombol Accept) dengan setan atau bukan setelah setiap detil dibaca satu per satu. Mengapa saya peduli dan meluangkan waktu menulis tentang perubahan yang menyeramkan pada kebijakan Google? Karena di dunia nyata maupun dunia maya, kalau mau aman tidak bisa sendiri. Percuma saya memilih opsi supaya email saya tidak diakses oleh google search, tapi rekan dan keluarga saya tidak melakukan hal sama. [ITCENTER] Tanya problem Sharing di Win XP SP3
Di kantor saya jika saya connect WiFi Lt. 2 maka teman-teman kantor jika mau akses komputer saya tidak bisa tapi anehnya teman saya / saya connect WiFi-nya dipindah ke lantai lain, misal Lt. 3, itu baru bisa akses komputer saya. Jadi intinya harus beda lantai. Lalu problem saya yang kedua, jika sudah bisa akses ke komputer saya, lalu buka folder yang saya share (bukan full share - read only), itu ada file-file tertentu yang gak bisa dicopy ama temen saya padahal saya tidak memberikan permission apa-apa. Misal ada 2 file A.exe dan B.exe, yang A.exe bisa dicopy sedangkan yang B.exe tidak bisa dicopy, slain itu kadang file RAR bisa dicopy, kadang juga gak bisa. Problem saya yang pertama dan kedua, ini karenakan apa ya? Saya menggunkan Win XP SP3 dan menggunkan setting Simple Sharing.
