D3 or S1 from reputable university/polytechnic in relevant field of study. Preferably 2 years work experience in programming, either full time or part-time. selama saya pakai pelayanan icon plus di kantor selama ini , sejak pemasangan , dan pemakaian sampai sekarang.kurang lebih 1 tahun. SANGAT MEMUASKAN kalau ada kendala kita telepon bagian keluhan pelanggan, dan langsung di tangani.sampai dengan malam pun mereka tangani, pernah waktu tengah malam mereka telepon saya. dan jika telah selesai keluhannya mereka akan telepon kembali dan mencabut nomor pelaporannya sebelumnya. Kebetulan perusahaan tempat saya bekerja pernah menggunakan jasa ICON+ utk akses internet nya utk 4 titik. Kalo koneksi nya internet nya sih bagus, harga lebih murah dibanding ISP lain. Dan utk daerah2 terpencil selama msh ada tiang listrik mrk bisa menyediakan kebutuhan pelanggan. Tapi yg bikin saya males adalah krn mrk selalu menggunakan pihak ke3. Jadi yg dikirim ke kastemer selalu rekanan nya dulu. Pernah ada kejadian problem di Head Office saya. Sampe 3x kali ganti rekanan yg dtg problem msh belum kelar. Untuk minta Engineer yg di NOC dtg saja kyk minta Presiden utk dtg. Alasan nya ber macam2. Yg bukan Jobdesk nya lah, yg hrs ijin atasan dulu lah. Pokok nya sampe hrs ber debat dulu hingga akhir nya mrk mau dtg ke tempat saya. Saya dpt info dr org dalam ICON+ bahwa prosedur eskalasi nya kalo dr kastemer memang agak lambat. Lain hal nya krn yg komplen dtg dr group nya PLN apalagi dtg dr Direksi nya. Cukup dgn modal SMS aja udah kelar tuh. Akhir nya saya cukup 3tahun aja deh pake ICON+ meski ada cabang yg msh pake itu pun dgn terpaksa krn lokasi di daerah yg mana ISP lain belum bisa. Mungkin segini saja yg bs sy share. Sekali lg mohon maaf saya tdk bermaksud mendiskreditkan ICON+.
