REQUIREMENTS : 

·   experience in overall trouble shooting PC, server, VM, network, 
printer, LAN 
.  Experience manage mail server 
·  Ability to work with team 
·  experience  to install  configure windows server 2008, centos,  
mikrotik RB, switch, access point,  IIS, apache,tomcat. 
.  Salary 3-4 mi
.  Daily work monday - friday. ( 8.30 - 17.30 )
.  As a permanent staff ( after 3 months probition )

Teman2, ada yang tahu software apa yg bisa membantu dalam penilaian kinerja tim 
atau karyawan, dalam hal customer support atau dalam pengerjaan suatu proyek IT 
? 

Saya ingin agar customer dapat membuat komplain sendiri, kmdian difollow up 
oleh customer support, stlh itu diverifikasi oleh internal QC dan customernya 
(apakah sudah ok atau blm). Dari situ bisa diketahui kinerja masing2 karyawan, 
brp byk komplain yang masih belum selesai.

Dari situ bisa diketahui kinerja pelayanan oleh per masing2 karyawan. Data itu 
bisa ditarik untuk laporan harian kerja karyawan dan bisa dijadikan FAQ 
internal di masa depan.

Mohon infonya. Kalau bisa yang open source. Trims.
