 SOFTWARE DEVELOPER


Qualification:

   - VB .NET with 2 or 3 years experience in SDLC (System Development Life
   Cycle)
   - Microsoft SQL Server 2005
   - Crystal Report XI
   - Familiar with:
  - Oracle database
  - SQL reporting service
  - Business intelligence
   - Willing to work under pressure environment and dealing with multi-task
   jobs
   - Willing to work under contract (1 or 2 months)
   - Job location: *Surabaya*

Windows server standard bukannya support hanya 4gb saja untuk memory-nya?

 Yap, Hyper-V membutuhkan hardware dan OS yang support 64-bit. E7200 kan

 Lagian Hyper-V kok installer-nya gede bgt ya sampai 900 MB-an sedangkan
 VMWARE 2.0 gak segede ituhh


 Ada 2 tipe Hyper-V:
 1. 900MB itu Hyper-V Server alias barebone, alias built-in Windows
 2008. Jadi untuk Host, anda ngga perlu beli Win2008 beserta lisensinya.
 Anda hanya perlu lisensi untuk Guest. Kelemahannya, untuk manage VM,
 anda mesti beli produk System Manager for Virtual Manager 2008. Itu
 sebabnya Microsoft kasih gratis 900MB, karena mereka mengharapkan duit
 dari produk lain :-)

 2. Kalau untuk Host anda sudah punya Windows 2008, download versi RTM
 untuk Hyper-V di KB950050, 30MB.

 Btw ini speks hadware PC yg baru dibeli:
 - Processor Intel Core2Duo E7200
 - Memory 6 GB
 - Hardisk 3 x 1 TB Hitachi Desktar
 - Mobo Gigabyte.
 - Casing Enlight 750W

 btw untuk ambil image dari server production yg lagi jalan pakai software
 apa ya yg aman shg bisa di-run di virtualisation server?
