 kembali saya merepotkan dengan pertanyaan2 nubie..

 di kantor saya ingin buat semacam captive portal untuk user tamu.
 problemnya adalah di kantor saya ini belum ada VLAN, sehingga untuk
 membedakan mana wifi tamu dan wifi internal dengan vlan tentu gak bisa.
 rencananya untuk wifi internal saya mau terapin WPA2 Enterprise. nah untuk
 wifi tamu pakai captive portalnya pfsense. pertanyaannya adalah bisa tidak
 akses untuk tamu ketika terkonek ke captive portal hanya dapat akses
 internet saja? jadi si tamu tidak bisa masuk ke dalam jaringan internal
 (tidak bisa ping misalnya). seingat saya di pfsense itu ada fitur firewall.
 bisa gak ya saya memanfaatkan firewallnya?

 fyi, saya pakai pfsense versi 2.0.1

Di kantor ada Printer Epson TX600FW yang selalu muncul error paper 
jammed, Padahal sudah dicek tidak ada kertas yang tersangkut di printer @_@
Dan terkadang muncul error juga tinta habis padahal baru saja diganti 
dengna yang baru @_@

Sudah dicoba restrat printer namun tetap muncul hal yang sama

Mohon bantuan solusinya ya ^_^

Dear Pak Rihart,
Berhubungan dengan PDF setahu saya nih ya biasanya ada PDF yang filenya 
seperti bentuk image otomatis tidak bisa dirubah.
Cara mengeceknya coba blok salah satu kalimat di PDF tersebut. Jika bisa 
seyogyanya bisa di rubah jika convert ke Word hehehe

Saya biasanya menggunakan Nitro PDF Profesional :D bisa Edit PDF + 
Convert ^_^

Saya mau menayakan tentang SQL Server 2000 Personal Edition, saat membuka
Enterprise Manager terjadi error MMC cannot open the file C:Program
Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\BINN\SQL Server Enterprise Manager.MSC

 

Padahal setelah saya cek, file tersebut ada. Kemudian saya Re-install
kembali dan ternyata masih error juga.

Bagaimana cara mengatasinya ??? mungkin saudara2 ada yang pernah

Jika tanpa connect internet bisa, Namun anda harus memiliki File Update AVG
yg sebelumnya didownload di tempat lain / yang ada jaringan internetnya

 

Apabila sudah memiliki File Update AVG , Anda tinggal :

1.  Tekan Icon AVG di desktop atau Icon di pojok kanan bawah PC
2.  Tekan Check Updates
3.  Tampil Form untuk download dari Internet ato Folder
4.  Tekan Folder lalu arahkan tempat file Update AVG disimpan
5.  Lalu Open maka akan didetect oleh AVG apakah ditemukan File Update
baru. Lalu akan tampil Form Konfirmasi Update
6.  Tekan Ok maka otomatis akan dijalankan proses Update AVG

Mohon bantuan sekiranya untuk memberikan informasi mengenai cara meremove
virus almanahe dan scan maupun removal tools untuk virus tersebut.


Terima kasih sebelumnya atas perhatiannya. Berikut adalah keterangan
mengenai virus tersebut :


Virus Characteristics


W32/Almanahe.c is a polymorphic parasitic worm that infects Win32 executable
files (*.exe) that can also download and execute additional malware.

Upon execution, it drops the following file(s):

*   %Windir%\linkinfo.dll (W32/Almanahe.dll) 
*   %Windir%\System32\drivers\nvmini.sys (W32/Almanahe.sys) 
*   %Windir%\System32\drivers\IsDrv118.sys (W32/Almanahe.sys) 
*   C:\boot.exe (W32/Almanahe) 

(Where %Windir% is the Windows folder; e.g. C:\Windows. A legitimate copy of
linkinfo.dll usually resides in %Windir%\system32\linkinfo.dll)

These files are hidden by the rootkit component (W32/Almanahe.sys). It
follows that the .DLL file is injected into the running process of Windows
Explorer (Explorer.exe) and the .SYS file is installed as a service and
creating the following registry key(s):

*   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\RioDrvs\ImagePath
= system32\drivers\nvmini.sys

Method of Infection


W32/Almanahe.c is a polymorphic parasitic worm that propagates by infecting
Win32 executable files (*.exe) on local, removable drives and network

Apabila masih ada account orang tersebut, pada List YM  ada bisa melakukan :

1.  Klik kanan pada User YM (ID yg dimaksud) 
2.  pilih Stealth Setting – Appear permanently offline to  (ID)

 

Apabila telah dihapus dari List YM, saya tidak dapat membantu. Karena saya
lakukan biasannya saat ID tsb kirim message :

1.  Klik Icon Report  --- sebelah + ADD
2.  Muncul tampilan --- pilih Report as Spam
3.  Maka pada hari tersebut tidak akan tampil / kiriman message dari Id
tersebut tidak akan tampil

Aku pake Control toolbox - Command button =menjalaninnya pake query di
Visual Basic, itu yang aku ndak tahu :d

Misalnya :

file di microsoft word kena virus tp setelah saya scan dengan norton antivirus 
2005 dgn updatean terbaru tidak terdeteck virus nya 

gejalanya 
file di microsoft word setiap hurup O menjadi lambang hati i jadi berubah 
dan U juga berubah  apa ini virus i love u saya telah coba bersihkan 
menggunakan ILoveYou Cleaner 1.6 hasil nya masih tetep 

dan saya udah menggunakan  Macro Virus protection  juga tetap hurup hurup yg 
ada di file tersebut tidak berubah ...
juga saya gunakan banmacro10 juga masih tetep .

kira kira merubah semua hurup I lambang hati dan U nya g,mn yach soalnya kalo 
di rubah satu persatu lama

kalo buat win xp sih udah ada menggunakan winconnect atau BetWin  tp client

bisa gak yach di linux khususnya pada server apache di rubah asalnya 
casesensitive menjadi tidak casesensitive
antara file saya.gif dan SAYA.GIF adalah sama .

soalnya mo masukin web ku di server linux yang asalnya di windows dia jd gak 
bisa di baca karena casesensitive itu kalo di rubah satu persatu  echmmm 
lama sekali selesainya  pasti lebih dari sebulan untuk merefisi semua nya

 tp minta password, password yang mana nih di windows 2000, apakah password
 administratornya ato ada yang lain..?

Hal ini tergantung dari security+sharing permission dari Win2K tersebut. Kalau 
permission everyone all access, maka password diisi blank juga ngga masalah.

 Konfigurasi Smb.conf :
