Mungkin bisa membantu anda,,pertama-tama update antivirus yg terbaru lalu restart dan masuk ke safemode...search melalui antivirus tsb virus yg tadisetelah ditemukan lalu klik start lalu RUN ketik regedit, setelah muncul display registry,,baru anda bisa menghapus dimana tuh virus berada. ups jgn lupa jika telah di hapus tuh virus jgn lupa utk masuk ke windows dimana anda bisa bekerja..hehehhehehehheheh met mencoba.!!
