[ITCENTER] Pesan Error pada Windows XP

Selamat siang para Senior.

Komputer seorang teman mengalami masalah ini, yaitu pada waktu Log on memakai 
Limited User (kalau Log on Admin User tidak ada masalah ini).
Pesan Error nya terjadi 2 kali ;
Yang Pertama :
Error
Get Drive Lay out : Create File fail !
Access is denied.

Yang kedua :
CRaid_tooll App :: Unit Instance : Reg createkeyEx (  ) failed
Access is denied.

Dari kedua pesan error diatas setelah lakukan "Press OK", kerja komputer 
tidak/belum ada masalah.
Tetapi krn ini Pesan Error, harusnya memang ada masalah.

Mohon bantuan kepada para senior, bagaimana memperbaiki / menghilangkan Pesan 
Error ini.

Terima kasih Pak Aryadha atas tanggapan dan sarannya.
BTW, sekarang ini problem PC/Monitor Blank saya telah dapat diatasi.
Cara memperbaikinya hampir mirip dengan yang Bapak lakukan, sesuai dengan
saran teman juga, setelah Komputer Loading Bios, Press F8, setelah itu pilih
Enable VGA Mode, kemudian lakukan penyesuaian Resolusi dan Color pada
Display Properties.

Hasilnya langsung Tok cer.

[ITCENTER] Monitor Blank

Selamat siang para senior.

Saya ada masalah dengan kompi saya.
Semalam saya coba main Game sama anak. Krn anak saya udah capek, jd mau 
berhenti. Maka saya Exit dari Game itu. Tapi apa yang terjadiMonitor 
jadi Blank/gelap tidak muncul Tampilan Windows (XP) nya.
Akhirnya saya matikan komputer dengan cara menekan Tombol On beberapa lama.
Setelah itu saya nyalakan lagi itu kompi, jadinya Monitor tetap aja Blank/gelap.
Ampe sekarang..

Mohon bantuan, rekan2 seniorplease !
