Minimum 2 years of technical support experience in
Telecommunication
environment.
Support Engineer - IT (Intelligent Network IN)
(Code : SE IT/IN) 4
persons:
Deep knowledge of IN architecture and SS7 / SIGTRAN
signaling,
Strong capabilities in log analysis,
troubleshooting,
Good knowledge in UNIX OS (Solaris, shell, services)
and Clusters
Architecture.
Knowledge in Database Administration (oracle, SQL),
Strong understanding on value added services for
TELCOS (Billing, Prepaid,
SMSC
),
Minimum 3 years of technical support experience in
Telecommunication
environment.
Support Engineer Hardware (Code : SE-H) 1
person:
Deep knowledge in Database Administration (mySQL,
Informix, LDAP),
Deep knowledge in UNIX servers administration
(Solaris, shell, services) and
Clusters Architecture
SUN certifications are welcome
Min 3 years of technical support experience in
Telecommunication
environment.
Support Engineer - Data Processing (Code : SE DP)
2 persons:
Familiar with databases especially SQL language,
Data processing skills: Excel + Visual basic,
Proven knowledge of Unix: shell, Solaris,
Capacity to establish monthly statistics reports
(Quality and Availability
of Service, Main evolution indicators),
Capacity to manage the follow up of actions,
deployment, spare parts
movements,
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT environment.
All profiles requires :
Excellent communication skills in English and
Indonesian both written and
verbal. French would be a valuable advantage.
Excellent customer
relationship skills and service orientation,
International experience (at least interaction with
foreign companies),
Degree in engineering (with main focus in
telecommunications) or similar
education,
Costumer focus and conscientious attitude towards
problem resolution,
Team player who is self motivated and can work
independently,
Willing and able to learn new skills and
