IndoPacific Edelman has current requirement for:



Digital Project Manager (position code: DPM)



Responsibilities:



· Providing counsel to the client advising on the most
suitable digital strategies to adopt

· Undertake regular needs analysis for the client in order to
champion changes that will continually improve their digital environment

· Obtain project briefs from the client ensuring the right
information is secured to enable the Digital team to successfully meet
the client's needs

· Development and implementation of project plans/schedules

· Providing guidance and advice surrounding project
implementation at both the local and global levels

· Liaise with and manage internal stakeholders and third
party agencies on behalf of the client

· Oversee budgeting and resourcing of projects

· Troubleshoot and/or escalate problems as required

· Application of digital technical principles as required

· General administration including work orders, invoicing and
technical management ensuring that digital cost efficiencies are
maximized.



Requirements:

· S1 in computer science / information technology from an
accredited college or university

· Knowledge of and experience implementing project management
principles including the ability to use project timeline management
tools

· Strong organization and prioritization skills with the
ability to manage multiple projects at any one time and balance strategy
with production

· Exceptional communication and people management skills
including the ability to communicate with a diverse range of
stakeholders

· Be comfortable working independently as well as part of a
team.

· Good oral and written communication skills in both Bahasa
Indonesia and English

· Demonstrated experience in :

· Digital and web development experience

· Delivering projects in an agency environment coupled with
exceptionally strong client service skills

· Delivering projects for both local and global
implementation

· Data analysis and creating insights from raw data for
reporting

· Managing budgets and resources

· Managing suppliers and other third party agencies with the
ability to write clear briefs and work orders and have the confidence to
challenge agencies on approach, recommendation and costs



Technical Knowledge Requirements

• HTML/CSS

• Flash scripting

• CMS practice and management, specifically Team Site

• JAVA and AJAX

• Google Analytics and SAGE

• SEO and SEM

• Information Architecture

• User Experience Design

• Usability Testing and Accessibility

• eCRM management – data management and regulation

• Digital media buying

• Rich media and standard advertising banners

• Flash scripting

• iframes and session

• Cookie setting

• Microsite development (all stages of the lifecycle)

• Corporate offerings (external and internally facing)

• Ability to understand and create wireframes and URL naming
convention management

Web Designer (position code: WD)





Responsibilities

The Designer will support application development team in web/mobile
design. Day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Create concepts for website projects and create site
graphical production

· Design logos and wireframes on smaller projects

· Provide feedback on designs and incorporate feedback from
clients/account teams into revisions

· Create spec sheets of designs

· Slice graphics for graphical production for technical team

· Develop concepts which are executable within a given
timeframe and budget

· Be able to maintain a design's integrity through
multiple rounds of changes and production

· Contribute to client presentations; provides sensible
rationale for design ideas that are tied to client's goals

· Handle design on projects such as Rich Media Emails, E-kits
or Banner ads.

· Develop design concepts for websites, microsites, e-kits,
and e-newsletters.

· Complete graphical production, including prepping graphics
to develop sites and cropping images

· Work with programmers to develop the concepts into working
sites



Requirements

· D3/S1 background in Art, Graphic Design, Computer Science,
Advertising or related field from an accredited college or university.

· Minimum 2 years experiences in web design

· Strong knowledge and skills in PhotoShop, Illustrator,
Dreamweaver, CorelDraw.

· Be comfortable working independently as well as part of a
team.

· Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and
work well under pressure

· Able to prioritize and manage work to adhere to project
timelines in a fast-paced environment.

· Willingness to learn new and innovative design
technologies.

· Good oral and written communication skills in both Bahasa
Indonesia and English

Junior Programmer (position code: JP)



Responsibilities:

The Junior Programmer assists with designing, developing, and handling
technical execution of Web-based applications/projects in multiple
platforms (web, mobile, Facebook, twitter, etc.) to achieve clients'
requirements in collaboration with creative and project management
teams.  Day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to:



* Manage multiple projects for multiple clients from concept to
completion on time and on budget * Accurately estimate expenses and
time allotment for tasks * Listen to users/clients to gather
requirements for new applications or modifications * Maintain issues
list for each application * Test new applications or modifications
to existing applications thoroughly * Manage multiple projects so
that deadlines are properly set and met * Troubleshoot application
problems in a timely manner * Communicate progress of
troubleshooting efforts back to Help Desk, users, or clients *
Communicate to supervisor regarding progress on tasks and projects *
Contribute to technical and creative ideas and solutions during the web
site planning phase * Consult server administrators on web sites if
necessary



Requirements:

· D3/S1 in computer science / information technology from an

· Strong knowledge and experience with PHP, XHTML, CSS, AJAX,
Flash and Java Script

· Have strong orientation for detail and a creative problem
solver

work well under pressure

· Be comfortable working independently as well as part of a
team.

· Able to prioritize and manage work to adhere to project
timelines in a fast-paced environment.

· Good oral and written communication skills in both Bahasa
Indonesia and English
