Apakah PC tersebut harus saya install dengan windows 7 ultimate lagi? atau ada solusi yang lain agar saya bisa gunakan windows xp. terima kasih sebelumnya para suhu. [ITCENTER] Excel ga bisa dipakai , cursor selalu bergerak mengikutin mouse
Hallo all , saya ada permasalah dengan Microsoft Excel saya , kira kira 3 hari yang lalu laptop saya yg terinstall MS Office 2003 ga bisa dipakai , setiap buka halaman baru atau buka file yg sudah ada begitu saya klik di sembarang kolom atau headernya , maka posisi cursor terus bergerak mengikutin arah mouse ( seakan-akan didrag ) dan semua fungsi klik kanan tidak berfungsi , saya sudah mencoba scan dengan beberapa antivirus terupdate seperti Bitdefender versi 10 , PCMAV versi 21 , ClamWin , AVG dan Norman , tetapi 2 harian saya scan tidak menemukan gejala virus/trojan/spyware apapun ... Saya sudah mengganti kouse optik saya dan tetap sama saja , pakai keypad laptop juga sama ... aneh nya lagi hanya excel saja yg tidak berfungsi ... MS Word , poer point dan MS Acces bisa dijalankan tanpa ada masalah apapun , saya coba uninstall dan ganti versi kembali ke versi MS Office for Xp dan Office 2000 sama saja permasalahannya , akhirnya dengan berat hati saya format hardisk saya kemaren , sehabis di format anehnya tetap saja excelnya tidak berfungsi ada yg bisa membantu atau share dengan kasus yg saya menimpa excel saya ? Perbaikan yang sudah saya lakukan yaitu membersihkan cpu dari kotoran dan debu, menscan virus dengan update terbaru (semua drive kecuali drive C, karena pasti restart), dan merepair windows di drive C. Proses repair berjalan dengan baik tapi windows drive C masih tetap error. Sekarang malah muncul blue screen dengan pesan error dump memory dan paging file. Windows drive D tetap bisa run dengan baik asal drive C tidak diotak-atik karena pasti restart. Saya belum coba format drive C dan D karena saya kepingin tahu kerusakan macam apa yang terjadi di komputer saya. Mohon bantuan saran dan pendapat dari rekan-rekan IT sekalian. Thanks before..
