world class animation as a Java Programmer and Computer System Engineer
Skills that should be ideally observed for Java Programmer :
- Eclipse
- Java, 2 years
- JUnit
- PostgresSQL
- JDBC
- SWT/JFace
- JavaMail
- Smack, Jabber API,
- POI, MS Office Java interface
- Subversion
- Knowledge of Change Management and Change Control concepts
- Knowledge of UML
- Knowledge of Extreme Programming, Unit Test based software
construction
- Knowledge of OOD concepts, Design Patterns, ( Singleton, Mediator,
Delegate, Visitor, Manager, etc.. )
- Knowledge of OOP concepts
- Trac, Wiki an asset, experience with ticket system
- Excellent teamwork, organizational and communication skills
Skills that should be ideally observed for System Engineer :
- Proficient on handling Blade Server, Disk Array, especially HP / SUN
based
- Proficient on handling massive data server (multiterabytes storage
system)
- Experience on Windows 2003 Server
- Sounds knowledge on DNS, WINS, IIS, E-Mail, Jabber messaging
services
- Proficient on MS Active Directory
- Experience on post production / animation studio will be highly
appreciated
- Linux OS [System administration, automated task, scripting]
- Proficient on handling database system (MySQL, PostgreSQL and ORACLE
would be a great added value)
- Good understanding and practical solution on computer network
system, routing, switch management
- Good understanding and practical solution on backup solution
(Veritas would be an added advantage)
- Sounds knowledge on Computer Management (Altiris solution would be a
great advantage)
- Excellent teamwork, organizational and communication skills
