kebetulan admin-nya saya, cuma di kantor tersebut sudah beberapa kali diganti orang sebagai adminnya, dan kebetulan password default sudah saya coba, tapi tidak bisa juga, kejadian ini saya lakukan karena AV tersebut tidak mendownload virus definitaion dari parent server, sehingga tidak terupdate, dan services untuk download virus definition sudah saya jalankan manual tadi tidak terjadi apa2.
