kalo ping ke gateway / proxy masih bisa, coba ping ke komputer teman sebelah bisa ga kalo bisa coba ping ke yahoo.com, bisa ga? kalo ga bisa kemungkinan IP komp kamu di blok untuk tdk bisa akses ke internet soalnya kamu download terus ngabisin bandwitdh. tanya admin proxy-nya deh ...
