Dear IT Center, Saya pake Kerio win route firewall 6.2.2 build 1746 utk manage akses internet Akses internet utk user dibatasi berdasarkan no.IP address. Tapi sepertinya pembatasan berdasarkan IP address kurang begitu efektif karena user masih bisa dg mudah mengganti IP sehingga pembatasan hak akses tidak efektif lagi. Padahal dia tidak berhak akses ke Internet. Jika tanpa menggunakan IP address apakah ada cara lain utk manage user misalnya menggunakan MAC Address? atau ada software lain yg bisa menyelesaikan masalah ini? tolong dunk cara kombinasi dg security lain itu? saya sudah pernah mencoba kombinasi winroute dg fir wall lain yg khusus u/membatasi hak akses user. tapi ternyata winroute tidak bisa dipasang dg firewall lain dlm 1 system. krn winroute kan udah ada firewall, jadi bentrok. atau adakah s/ware sharing internet dan security selain yg lebih baik selain winroute. Pengalaman di kantor saya pertama pake speedy kita pake limited yg 2gb, waduh cepetnya minta ampun. bener2 speedy banget sampe akhir bulan total kita pake lebih 5gb. Habis itu kita mutasi ke unlimited. Download tidak begitu masalah, speed turun tapi gak terlalu. tapi begitu upload gak beda jauh dg telkomnet instant. Saya pikir bagus juga markettingnya tuh, kita pake yg limited, dari sononya apa dikasih yg bandwidth gede? kebalikannya kita pake unlimited tapi bandwidthya yg di-limited-kan. Sekedar perkiraan saja nih. Kalo koneksinya bulan lalu emang sering banget dc sampe 1 hari atau 1/2 hari.
