Nah makanya dari kita2 yg ngerti soal teknologi, kasih pencerahan sama dia bahwa segala sesuatu tidak semudah yg dibayangkan. Tinggal pake bahasa yang mudah dimengerti oleh mereka. Para pakar excel, mungkin perlu di ingat bahwa tiap orang/user/PC bisa diatur agar security macro diset high. Artinya? Tidak ada makro yg berjalan saat file dibuka. Efeknya? Segala makro itu tidak berjalan, dan perlakuan terharap file menjadi normal kembali. Dengan pertimbangan bahwa umumnya setting security excel adalah medium (ada pilihan ya/tidak untuk makro) maka saran seperti ini menjadi kurang efektif. Tidak efektif mungkin untuk para pakar IT atau pakar excel, tapi efektif untuk para user dikantor, yang lebih banyak hanya menggunakan. Jangankan tau kalo excel punya macro, masih banyak yang cara copy-paste ajah belum mengerti (kasarnya gituh). Koq aneh2 sih permintaanya? Semua yg bisa dilihat itu yg pasti bisa diprint! Excel secara default akan menawarkan user utk men-disable 'macro'. Kalaupun bisa dipaksakan, asal masih bisa di-copy, user tetap bisa mem-paste-nya ke file lain, atau mengcapture screen dan mencetaknya. Kecuali usernya novice buanget. Nah, walaupun usernya awam buanget, dia tetap saja bisa membuka file kosong, dan mengetiknya character by character! Masalah data tsb penting, ya ini namanya masalah kepercayaan. pak arifin, coba pake cara ini. metode ini bisa dipergunakan tidak hanya mencegah user excel mem-print, tetapi termasuk juga mencegah user untuk Save As dan sebagainya. 1. buka file excel dimaksud 2. masuk ke menu -- Tools -- Macro -- Visual Basic Editor 3. di environment Visual Basic Editor coba lihat di panel Project (kalo panel ini belum terbuka, silahkan buka lewat menu View -- project explorer) 4. di panel tersebut, dibawah VBAProject -- Microsoft Excel Objects -- Pilihlah This Workbook 5. kemudian pindahlah ke panel utama Visual Basic Editornya. 6. Iya solusi satu-satunya adalah convert ke PDF baru diset security-nya disana agar tidak bisa diprint, diseleksi, dsb. Emang tidak menjamin 100% gak bisa dibobol karena di internet beredar juga tools untuk menghackingnya. Password Office aja bisa di recover.
