Seharusnya kalo sudah di-format HTML di Optionsnya email baru pasti sudah format HTML. Justru kalo reply kadang-2 berubah jadi plaintext karena email sebelumnya formatnya plaintext. Kemungkinan yang anda masukkan ke dalam signature itu adalah file nya (sample .untitled.jpeg) bukan isi filenya. Karena ms outlook khususnya signature, Dapat terlihat oleh si penerima sbg gambar, Jika yang di copy-kan itu isi file nya. Caranya : Anda terlbih dahulu buka file tersbut ke dalam software preview (sample ; e-paint or photoshop) Nah file gambar tersebut (sample ; untitled.jpeg) itu dibuka dulu di software preview tadi di atas, Lalu crop+copy gambar itu ke dalam lembar signatue ms outlook (diinginkan) dan save signature tersebut. Coba test kirim email ke user lain. Semoga membantu.
