kalo masih sempet buka services (sebelum count down jalan), coba deh double klik di : Remote Procedure Call (RPC), klik Recovery, ganti isian : First Failure, Second Failure dan Subsequent Failure dengan : Restart the Service. iya di salah satu komputer di LAN saya juga kena, dia win2k prof. tapi gak ada muncul menu shutdown. tapi selalu ada. tapi saya belum coba benerin sih? saya fikir itu masalah biasa aja, dari config startup nya soalnya munculnya pada saat starting.
