Dulu saya juga punya pengalama seperti ini tapi kebetulan Flash Disk saya itu gak ada switch protection. Akhirnya saya coba reboot PC saya dengan keadaan Flash Disk masih nempel di PC. Setelah selesai reboot, ternyata Flash Disk saya bisa dibaca dan ditulis serta di format lagi tuh.. Jadi, Coba aja di reboot dalam keadaan Flash Disk-nya masih nempel di PC.
