Kok jadi saya yang kena ? Kalau point 8 sih jawabannya menurut saya, 
restore data dari backup. Kalau dia bilang ngga pernah backup data, 
nanti saya jawab EGP :)

 Salam kenal, saya racav di cengkareng.
 Wahai pakar IT, minta tolong masukannya dong
 1. aku install deep freeze 7.0, krn saat reboot, tdk ada minta pasword atau
 apapun (seolah 2x tdk install deep freeze), tdk ada icon deep freeze. Saya
 curiga instal nya gagal.
 2. Saya copy data (folder my documents)ke drive aman dari deep freeze.
 3. format drive c, dan reinstall semua program kecuali deep freeze.
 4. Cut and Paste data yg sdh ku copy ke drive aman tadi ke my documents
 drive C.
 5. Saat Cut and paste, terjadi kegagalan, saya ulangi lagi sisa cut and
 paste, tdk berhasil. Ternyata file yg terpaste tdk bs dibuka, sdg kan data
 backup yg di drive aman tadinya sdh terlanjur hilang krn di cut.
 6. Saya lakukan recover data dgn menggunakan software GET DATA BACK dan
 RECOVER DATA, data kembali semua.
 7. Ketika mau buka data, ternyata, semua data (doc, xls, pdf, dll) tdk bs
 dibuka dgn keterangan ...could not open file . because it is either
 not
 a supported file type, or because the file has been damaged. Ukuran(size)
 semua file tetap utuh (tdk corrupt).
 8. Saya sdh coba gunakan software LockHunter dan anti deepfreeze 4.0 utk
 mencoba menormalkan kembali (barangkali semua file terkunci krn deep
 freeze), tp ke-2 software tsb tdk bs menormalkan kembali data ku.
 Mohon bantuan dari teman teman, tolong beritahu bagaimana caranya spy semua
 data ku bs dibuka kembali. Mohon solusinya dikirim ke emailku juga di
