Rumus excel:
Misal:
sel A1 diisi formula '=NOW()' (tanda kutip jangan ikut ditulis) = akan 
mengecek tanggal sekarang (sesuai dengan tgl dan jam pada komputer)
sel A2 diisi tanggal yang diinginkan, contoh 01/01/1980 (format tanggalnya 
harus sama dengan sel A1)
sel A3 diisi formula '=A1-A2' (tanda kutip jangan ikut ditulis), dan format 
selnya disetting 'yy' saja
maka hasil pada A3 adalah 27

tapi cara ini akan memprotect seluruh sheet. jadi user tidak bisa
menambahkan entry ke sheet tersebut

Caution :  This procedure also prevents the cells that contain the formula
from being edited.
  1.. Select the range of cells whose formulas you want to hide. You can
also select nonadjacent ranges or the entire sheet.
  2.. On the Format menu, click Cells, and then click the Protection tab.
  3.. Select the Hidden check box.
  4.. Click OK.
  5.. On the Tools menu, point to Protection, and then click Protect Sheet.
  6.. Make sure the Protect worksheet and contents of locked cells check
box is selected.

 yang anda tanyakan kurang jelas, yang anda maksud
 membuat rumus fix atau rumus tetap berfungsi untuk
 sel-sel berikutnya namun tetap hiden? coba pakai
 format fixed formula... maka rumus tak akan tampak di
 bar..
