mengikuti saran mas Adi, barusan saya sudah scan pake HDD Regenerator, dan ternyata tidak ada bad sector, tapi maih aja blom bisa instal windows, selalu aja ada file2 yang ngga mau dikopi *sigh* ada solusi lainnya? saya juga pernah ngalami hal yang sama tapi di file .dll, (instal 98 dan xp dari cdrom laptop armada m700), saya coba copy win 98 ke hd lewat external kemudian instal 98 tersebut, setelah instal cb aja upgrade ke xp, mungkin bisa dicoba.
