Salam Dari pengalaman saya, virus sality,downdup, win32 kido, networm, emang menyebalkan apalagi sality yang dulu pernah hinggap di server proxy saya. Setelah saya usaha akhirnya pilihan saya jatuh di PCMAV Microsoft Malicious Removal tool (kalo gak salah namanya itu, intinya removal tool). Untuk PCMAV saya scan dan salitydowndup alhamdulillah ilang. Biar yakin saya scan lagi pake MMRT dan hasilnya pun nihil virus. Untuk itu saya saranin pake 2 tool diatas menurut pengalaman saya 2 tool tsb ampuh dan (bisa juga) server ybs tidak perlu down. Hanya disarankan untuk mencabut jaringan agar hasil optimal. untuk tool lain yang mungkin bisa dicoba adalah dr.Web removal tool dibeberapa kasus yang saya temui tool ini juga terbukti ampuh. J yah, mau bagaimana lagi pak. virus-2 model sekarang, emang relative lebih susah dibersihkan dgn komputer yg sudah terlanjur terinfeksi. Dear rekans, Flashdisk saya kena virus (waktu saya mo copy file dari Warnet). Kerja virus ini, membuat file baru yang namanya diambil dari nama folder dan file zip yang sudah ada. Misal: saya punya folder namanya Bisnis Saya maka virus menambahkan file baru namanya Bisnis Saya.EXE. Saya punya zip file gambar.zip, virus menambahkan file baru gambar.zip.PNG File2x ini ada sizenya (tidak kosong), tapi kalau diklik tidak bisa dibuka. Jadi tujuan dari Virus ini adalah mempercepat habisnya space flashdisk/harddisk. Ada yang tahu cara menghilangkan virus ini, tanpa harus menghapus file/folder original yang sudah ada? Saya sudah coba scan pakai AVG, tapi virus ini tidak terdetect sama sekali alias flashdisk clean. He..he... OK, tips berikut ini semoga dapat membantu anda. Virus lokal seperti Brontok dan sejenisnya itu sebenarnya memanfaatkan
ketidakjelian dan kebiasaan kita yang sering memakai view selain Detail (pada
Windows Explorer). Dengan view Detail itu kita bisa tau itu file virus / tidak
(misal di flashdisk ada virus). Biasanya virus itu kita dapatkan dari temen
kita dengan membawa flashdisk / media lainnya. Ciri-ciri virus Brontok dan
sejenisnya:

kita belum kena virus) atau File Folder (jika kita sudah terkena virus). --

Saya repost disini: Saya pakai ANSAV antivirus (freeware) untuk bersihin virus (discan beberapa kali, agar yakin bersih). http://www.ansav.com/index.php/download/ Catatan: di website tersebut ada program yang mengembalikan setting registry yang telah diubah oleh virus (belum pernah coba, saya sebelumnya menggunakan cara manual yang ditulis berikut ini). kemudian gunakan lovefix.exe dari symantec untuk munculin doc yang disembunyikan oleh virus yang masih baik hati ini. http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/fixlove.exe Baik hati dalam hal tidak menghancurkan dokumen saya, cuma menyembunyikannya :-). Kemudian saya masuk ke windows\system32 dan jalankan gpedit.msc untuk munculkan kembali folder options, search dan Run. Setelah itu ubah regedit.exe menjadi regedit.com, kalo nggak, jika klik regedit.exe, yang keluar adalah notepad. Saya kemudian masuk ke windows registry dan cari dengan kata debugger, dan hapus baris debugger ... notepad yang berhubungan dengan program regedit.exe, cmd, attrib, agar berjalan normal (tidak keluar notepad). Yang terakhir, mengembalikan icon vbs yang telah berubah menjadi jpg, caranya, export bagian VBSFILE di regedit dari komputer yang sehat, dan import ke komputer yang terserang virus, lalu restart komputer. Sekarang semua berjalan normal kembali. Kasus saya, doc diubah menjadi jpg, sedangkan dokumen aslinya disembunyikan oleh virus yang masih baik hati ini. Untuk mengembalikan semua doc tersebut, saya gunakan program dari symantec: http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/fixlove.exe Setelah bersihkan virusnya dengan antivirus ANSAV (Free), Saya munculkan kembali semua doc dengan fixlove.exe Setelah dijalankan, sistem akan memberitahukan bahwa komputer nggak kena virus love letter. Atau bila anda mau mencoba, anda bisa mencoba download Eset NOD32 versi 2.7 di www.eset.com, soalnya biasanya virus yang tidak bisa dihilangkan menggunakan norton bisa diatasi dengan NOD32. Menurut saya masalahnya bukan pada server anda tapi salah satu PC yang berada didalam network kantor anda telah terinfect sejenis Trojan (lupa namanya), dimana trojan ini akan mengubah PC menjadi Zombie Machine yang berfungsi untuk mengirimkan email secara otomatis tanpa disadari.
