Apakah semua diselect hosts and clients that successfully authenticate,
hosts and clients with these ip addresses dan hosts and clients connecting
to these internal addresses? Yang perlu diisi ip address, dua-duanya diisi
ip public?

Saya pake pilihan yang pertama, terus di test di http://www.spamhelp.org/
sudah tidak open relay, tapi di psbl.surriel.com masih diblock walaupun udah
klik tombol removenya. Sedangkan dispamcop memang removenya lama, karena
tidak berdasarkan remove lewat tombol remove. Mohon dibantu lagi, thx

Biasanya meskipun anda sudah menutup open relay SMTP anda, anda tetep harus 
unregistered ato apa namanya supaya gak masuk dalam list spamcop.net tersebut, 
ikuti aja petunjuk dari spamcop.net nya
tetapi jika anda tidak mengikuti aturan untuk melepas spamlist mereka, entar 
selama 7 hari kelepas sendiri koq itupun kalo anda sabar menunggu.

Ada yang tahu ngga settingan buat close relay di exchange server 5.5,
soalnya dari dulu pertama kali buat settingannya " Do not reroute incoming
SMTP mail " di connection ---> Internet mail service ---> route, tp baru
