He/She is required to participate in IBM's 24 hour continuous support commitment to its customers. He/She is usually based in a center, but may be required to undertake travel and nights away in the delivery of on-site support and service. As a member of a team, he/she is accountable for customer satisfaction with IT systems hardware / software support in all aspects of technical support (solutioning, implementation and maintenance).
