RE: [ITCENTER] YM Chat tidak terlihat
Sepertinya uninstall trus delet folder di program files & folder user tidak menyelesaikan masalah. Kasus ini terjadi pada YM versi 10 yg rusak karena virus. Solusinya adalah downgrade ke versi 9. Atau create user baru di windows, trus dari user baru ini YM bisa berfungsi normal. (tentu saja virus harus dibersihkan dulu). Setelah gw googling (google lagi deh.. :D ) ada tuh caranya gimana biar text-nya tampil lagi, ini gw post di sini.. * Dari Start Menu, klik Run (pada keyboard, tekan logo Windows + R) lalu ketik: regsvr32 jscript.dll * Dari Start Menu, klik Run (pada keyboard, tekan logo Windows + R) lalu ketik: regsvr32 vbscript.dll Restart deh.. ;) Udah dua itu aja cukup.. :P (klo gw c langusng ok lagi.. ) -= UPDATE =- Karena dengan cara di atas masih juga pada gak bisa (mayoritas gagal) akhirnya gw dapet info di Kaskus. Gini ni 1. Uninstall terlebih dahulu YM yang kalian gunakan saat ini 2. Akses regedit dari menu: Start –> klik menu RUN terus ketik “regedit” (gak pake kutip). 3. Sebelum proses utak-atik registry windows, ada baiknya kita backup dulu. Setelah di point 2 (regedit), klik icon My Computer –> Klik kanan pilih Export. Trus simpan di mana aja terserah. 4. Masuk ke HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ cari folder Yahoo lalu hapus 5. Masuk ke HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ cari folder Yahoo lalu hapus 6. Sekarang kita cari direktori/folder dengan nama yahoo yang ada di komputer kita (bukan di registry). Dari menu Search, pada bagian “All or part of the file name:” ketikkan “yahoo” (gak pake kutip). Terus, di bagian ”Look in: ” pilih “all hard drives” atau “Local hard drives“. Selanjutnya, di opsi untuk “More advanced options” pastikan pilihan untuk “Search hidden files and folders” juga di pilih. Hapus semua file/folder yang bernama Yahoo 7. Selanjutnya, uninstall Internet Explorer (masih di regedit), masuk ke HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ lalu hapus folder Zones 8. Bersihkan registry Anda. Kalau yang ini perlu software tambahan untuk melakukannya, misal Registry Cleaner, TuneUP Utilites, System Mechanic, dll 9. Download kembali Internet Explorer. Setelah download dan diinstall, masuk ke menu Internet option –> Security –> Lalu reset kembali seluruh zone ke default atau enable activeX -nya 10. Download kembali YahooMessenger! dan install kembali 11.
