Dulu sih jaman pake office 97 AFAIK biasanya office akan menyimpan history action sehingga memungkinkan undo dan redo. Nah berhubung semua history tersimpan ukuran file menjadi besar. Sayangnya meski sudah di save dan undo maupun redo tidak bisa dilakukan setelah file di close dan disimpan tetap saja ukuran file nya menjadi besar. Salah satu cara yang lumayan sukses, dengan mengcopy isi file (tidak pakai select all) kemudian di pasti ke document/spreadsheet/presentation baru, kemudian file baru tersebut disimpan. Untuk penggunaan makro atau vlookup atau formula bisa membuat ukuran file menjadi besar. Hasilnya lumayan loh, jadi kecil. Coba select kolom yg ada datanya aja (jangan select all), trs paste di tempat lain. Save lalu liat ukurannya.
