Kayaknya Master Boot Recordnya yg masalah tuh mas... Coba pake cara ini deh... Di format pake Fdisk, tapi sebelum C:\fdisk coba ketikan C:\fdisk-mbr baru format pake fdisk.. dan install seperti biasa... coba pakai HDD Regenerator, tapi program ini kayaknya mesti beli, saya nggak pernah pakai tapi dihelp-nya bilang kalo full licence bisa ngapus badsektor entah secara fisik atau hanya menghilangkan dari scan hardisk,tapi coba aja dulu kalo mau. Discan pake scandisk untuk mengetahui posisi semua badsectornya, lalu semua partisi dihapus, untuk kemudian bikin lagi dengan menghindari posisi badsector tadi. Langkah ini sangat tidak dianjurkan, karena suatu saat, bisa saja area lain terkena badsector juga, dan sangat berbahaya jika kebetulan data pentinglah yang ditulis di situ. Memang lebih baik ganti HDD, karena langkah-langkah reparasi HDD lebih ditujukan untuk penyelamatan data saja. Coba gunakan tools Disk Manager. Tools ini Seagate punya dan competable dengan HDD merk lain. Klo HDD rusak fisik'nya mendingan ganti HDD aja..., klo pun bisa diperbaiki biaya perbaikan tersebut juga hampir sama dengan beli HDD baru.
