[ITCENTER]File ga bisa dicopy cyclic redundancy check

Dear All,
Saya mau tanya nich. Saya punya file dan ga bisa dicopy, pesannya
cyclic redundancy check. Saya pake Windows XP SP2, saya sudah coba
fix error  dengan tools yang ada di windows tetep aja ga mau. Mungkin
temen2 ada yang punya solusi lain?

NB. File tersebut berformat *.MDF (File Database SQL Server).

Berdasarkan pengalaman, ada kerusakan fisik pada disk tersebut sehingga
tidak bisa dikopi
