Mungkin karena setting Automatic Archive.
Di MS Outlook dengan  Exchange Mail Server, ada fasilitas apabila e-mail
sudah menetap x bulan (defaultnya kalau tidak salah 6 bulan, tapi dapat
diubah sesuai kebutuhan oleh Mail Adminstrator), maka semua isi di inbox
akan dipindahkan ke folder Archived (cek folder archive, letaknya biasanya
bisa di bawah ata diatas Inbox).
