Dear teman, solusi terakhir adalah tunggu masa promosi dari vendor yang 
biasanya menawarkan paket trade in dengan produk lama.
Atau, meniru cara seorang pemuda US yang menawarkan tukar menukar barang di 
internet.
Kalau tidak salah, dimulai dari sebuah klip, sampai bisa dapatkan sebuah 
rumah.
Salah satu caranya, anda harus sering-sering ikut berbagai forum, khususnya 
tentang marketing atau trade in (cari via Google).
Atau sekalian bikin situs khusus trade in dan dipromosikan.
Bisa juga ikut banyak milis trade in.

Ya paling anda alokasikan ke divisi lain yang masih suitable dengan 15".
Atau jual/lelang ke orang lain, lalu Anda beli 17".
Cari yang gampang aja, jangan menyusahkan.

Soal beli CPU atau monitor saja, sangat mungkin.
Lagipula gak selalu pembelian paket cpu + monitor lalu harganya jadi lebih
murah.
