oh itu karena pada waktu konversi ke file PDF (saat membuat file PDF), ada setting yang mean-disable-kan fungsi print .. Itu bisa di ubah dengan cara membuka file pdf dengan menggunakan distiller, itupun dengan catatatan anda mengetahui password enkripsi nya.
