library via tizen.org because we don't have distribution 
rights.

I recommend that you take a look at 
https://bugs.tizen.org/jira/browse/DEVT-165, as a starting point. There are a 
number of issues with the gbs full local build, which is quite likely some of 
what you are running into.  In particular, there are issues with “build cycle” 
dependencies, that force the exclusion of some packages during a full local 
build. That, of course, means going back afterward and building those packages 
separately.

I highly recommend that you add any relevant comments and output to the 
existing gbs local build bugs, or create a new one on any particular issue you 
may be running into. We are trying to aggregate some of these issues to get 
them fixed. So anything you can add to this discussion is GREATLY appreciated. 
It will also help you get your questions to the people best able to answer 
them. Please do include me on the watchers, if you would be so kind.

If you could please open a bug and provide some info on what is currently 
gating you, we can take a closer look and see how we can help.

This reflects the move to a more recent upstream version of gstreamer.  MP3 was 
working with gstreamer v0.10, but is not working with gstreamer 1.x.  Nobody 
has contributed a freely redistributable MP3 decoder for gstreamer 1.x.

That is correct.  Try using .ogg files for audio instead, those will work just 
fine.

On latest IVI images Qt applications, especially widget based, are not
stable (weston crashes). I know that guys from Tizen:Common used
wayland without any issues. Is weston in IVI very different from the
one in Common?

Well I've been playing with qtwayland lately on Tizen:Common

and I can say qt is there but I am not that sure it's fully supported

ie, try to install  qt5-qttools-qtdesigner
/usr/lib64/qt5/bin/designer
hit menu/ Quit
weston crashes ...

At least this happened to me last week

On the otherside qtquick/qml seems ok even with xdg support
as reported there :

For now I am focusing on how to get latest qt integrated
in Tizen:Common image

and maybe will raise some bugs and produce some traces

Thanks for your help. Now I can show the window with the image using opencv
with Qt. But it is not stable for me. I can show it twice out of 5
attempts. The other 3 times the terminal gets block.  I get this two
warnings every time, even when the image is shown.

   This plugin does not support propagatesizehints()
   This plugin does not support propagatesizehints()
   Libpng warning: Application was built with libpng-1.2.50. but
running with 1.5.12
   Libpng warning: Application was built with libpng-1.2.50. but
running with 1.5.12
   Lib...(10 times)

The second warning is confusing me because I have installed only
libpng-1.2.50 on tizen. And I compile opencv with that one. But those two
do not seem to be the problem because they are also displayed when the
image window is shown.

So twice it run ok. But there are 3 that the terminal gets block and when I
type "control+C" it says:

   [1]+ Stopped
XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=/run/user/5000 ./DisplayImage XYZ.jpg

Does it happen to anyone else?

Do you by any chance run into the issue where the sound card is muted? See 
https://bugs.tizen.org/jira/browse/TIVI-2799 .
You can work around it by running "pacmd set-sink-mute 0 false" in weston 
terminal.
