Re: Platform Storage

2014-05-23 Thread Maciej Polanski

Don't copy-paste chsmack command from email :)
There is a dash not minus mark, so it didn't work for me, either.
After typing it in manually, I was able to change SMACK label.

I hope this should work for you: chsmack -a User /opt/usr/media/Downloads

Maciej

I get these results from 'journalctl -f'.

Hi Art,

That looks right. You might check that the Smack label of the
Downloads directory is set right. If ls --lZ /opt/usr/media
doesn't show the label as User, use 'chsmack --a User
/opt/usr/media/Downloads' to fix it. Hopefully that resolves your
issue, if not I'll dig further to see what might be going on.

Just to follow up on that, it turned out Mariem was working on the Tizen IVI
emulator and that does not support Bluetooth (unless I've totally missed it
myself too).

Check hciconfig first. If it says 'down', which it probably does, use
hciconfig hci0 up to get it going. After that , power on should work for you.

What's your hardware platform? What does the 'list' command show?

The first thing I'd check is what BT adapter you have and whether it's started
correctly ('journalctl -b' output would also be useful here).

Subject: Bluetooth power on error

Hello,

I am developing an application in which will be a data exchange using
bluetooth. So I installed bluez on Tizen IVI using this command zypper install
bluez-test . To power on the bluetooth I do the flowing:
#bluetoothclt
#power on

but when I try to power on the bluetooth I get this error: no default
controller available.
Does any one have any idea what should I do to correct this error?

Best regards,
Mariem
