[sys-assert]dladdr returns error

Hi,

I am trying to run a libwebsockets-based application on tizen emulator running 
on Jan22 release.
I am getting the following assert when I do so.

[sys-assert]dladdr returns error!
[sys-assert]cannot make /opt/share/crash/info

When I try to run as root, the error disappears.
But, I don't wish to run apps as root, unless necessary.
Can anyone help me with this?
