We tried to use Ctrl+Alt+Fn key to shift to terminals to check the logs. But we 
arent able to use this functionality.
Hence we don't have any logs to share where it exactly stops.
[Geoffroy] Do you at least see the kernel logs on the screen? If not, try to 
remove the 'quiet' keyword from the kernel command-line option (bootloader). We 
had disabled many (if not all, not sure anymore) of these TTY, do you have 
access to those on your desktop PC?

Basically, we aren't  able to see the blue weston terminal which we expected.

[Geoffroy] Which generation? IIRC, I've seen some issues with 'old' (a relative 
term) graphics card.

I tried to create live usb for Tizen IVI and tried to boot on my Dell laptop, 
but it failed to show the wayland terminal.
[Geoffroy] Where exactly does it stop? What is the graphics card in your Dell 
latpop?
If i boot on my desktop PC it shows the  wayland terminal.
 I tried to change output/name/mode for various combination in the 
/etc/xdg/weston-user.ini file but it didn't worked?
Could you please suggest what might be the issue?
