If you are changing the weston.ini file using vi it will create a new file and overwrite the existing config re-assigning the SMACK 'system' label to the file. This has been discussed in bug https://bugs.tizen.org/jira/browse/TIVI-2677 The fix is to set the label on the newly created file to "floor" using chsmack. I know about the wayland.ini file but have been unable to set the screen rotation. I have recently installed the January 15th release of the ivi on an NDIS166. I have fixed it like the Sept release but it doesn't seem to work.
