I also tried 4.32.74, "xwalk tizen.org" don't get a window but "xwalk 
http://tizen.org"; can work. You might also need to set up http proxy if needed.

When I last tried (don't remember the version number), I had to include 
'http://' to get some content displayed, i.e xwalk http://www.google.com
