jar does not work!

Hi there,


I previously installed JDK 1.2.2 and now I installed JDK 1.4.0 Beta 1
without uninstalling JDK 1.2.2

When I run the jar command, it complains:

Error: could not find libjava.so
Error: could not find Java 2 Runtime Environment.

What is the problem?
