[JAWS-Users] E N U folder
New question, In the ENU folder can you make a folder to put all the files in? Such as, I have over 20 files for Skype and I want to put them in a folder called Skype. Can I do that without messing up the scripts? I just want to shorten the list. Patti when the devil reminds you of your past ... you remind him of his future! The enemy is toast! [JAWS-Users] Problems receiving messages
I understand the Google Groups has been having problems with some email addresses. I haven't received any messages from the group since last week some time. I think I read that the list is running though. I went to the Jaws Users home page and couldn't find a contact address for the list owner. Could David write me off list to let me know if there is a problem with my address? I haven't received any reset request request from Google Groups, but my work's spam filters may be working overtime. Thanks. Hi. Let me add that at least the last time I checked, the only way to install it is from the CD that is shipped in the mail. It cannot be downloaded from the Freedom Scientific Web site like JAWS itself. Hi Beverly, From the Jaws main window, go to the language menu, and then change synthesizer. In this dialogue, you can choose the Sapi 5 synthesizer . After that, you can change the voices as you would for Eloquence from the from the options menu in the Jaws main window. I guess I want to know how to install the voices because when I insert the CD, it asks if I would like to use windows explorer to run the file, and all of the files open. Will you clarify for me what I'm doing wrong and what I should be doing to install the CD? Hi Lenny, Once you have gotten to the language setup screen, unload Jaws, and start Narrator. After you gotten past the license agreement, you can re-load Jaws and close Narrator. To Start Narrator, Windows key + U. This will open the utility manager, so you may need to alt tab to get the focus back to Spy-bot. When you are done with Narrator, alt + F4 to close it.
