Out of nowhere I had this happen to me and it turned out to be the settings in outlook in view existing email account and all I had to do was reset my incoming and outgoing addresses. Of course before doing this I went to menu bar under HELP did a "detect and repair" first. Third option would be to uninstall and do a clean reinstall - Eliminate annoying spam! In this distribution list called "Friends" there are about 180 names and email addresses. First, they told me to check the time out setting and move it all the way to Long (which is either 5 or 10 minutes). I can't seem to be able to find that yet, but I'm working on it. The other thing that they suggested was to divide my "Friends" list up into two groups. The problem is that there are too many names in the list for the amount of time that it is taking to get the email out. I hope this makes sense to you.
