Donnie, Are you set to read messages in plain text only? If so, when the message is open do alt+shift+h. Then you will be able to have the link work. Hey Lois, I have went through my whole options menu and I can't find anywhere about reading in plain text only. I am using Outlook. Can you point me in the right direction?
