This is true, I used jaws 7.0 on my Windows ME computer but have jaws 8.0 on the ex. computer. Go back to at highest JAWS7.0 and try that. Have you tried pressing ctrl tab to move between the different pages while in Jaws help? If not, then try it and see if that solves your problem. The page you should be on if you want to view the different books and topics in the Tree View is the contents page. I also think that is correct because when I first started using XP back in 2002 when my mom and dad bought our first home PC for the family, I was using a demo of jaws 4.02 with XP .
