Hi: Have I missed something? This program seems to be designed for web designers, not browsers. It seems to do a great job, I checked out the demo. I hate it when JAWS says button button button and can't find the labels, or the labels seem to be just numbers. Carlene For any of you who might have problems navigating a website because of graphics or things that really agrivate screan readers, here's a little program that will convert any website to all text. Hi Dan, Actually, if you go to the website, and read down the page somewhat, there is some type of explanation of the software. The edit field is actually for prospective customers to test the software. It's kind of interesting. - Original Message - From: Dan Mccurley [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: jaws-users-list@googlegroups.com Sent: Monday, May 14, 2007 5:37 PM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Re: Web Site Converter Do you have to run the program from the website you want to convert graphics in to text from? Hi Stewart, While in internet Explorer, open the Jaws configuration manager, and select html from the set options menu. When the dialogue opens, go to the misc tab, and tab until you come to page refresh filter. You can use your up and down arrow keys to change this setting, then tab to the active x refresh filter, and do the same. Make sure to okay the dialogue, and save your changes when you close the manager.
