I downloaded the ITunes 8 and every time I open it, jaws says the ITunes 
folder can not be accessed. The ITunes folder is in the my music folder. 
When I go there I find no such folder.
Can anyone help with this?

Oo weird. Try deleting the iTunes folder from your profile. Unfortunately I 
don't know your version of Windows, but in Vista it's under 
c:\users\username\AppData\roaming\iTunes. Hope this helps.

[JAWS-Users] IE7 the right mouse click or shift f10 issues

Often while using Jaws 9 when I right mouse click or use shift f10 in IE7 the 
menus to open, open in new tab, open in new window, save target as, or   copy 
shortcut etc etc it doesn't workor appear at all. Many times I get the 
following screen.

 Back
Forward
Save Background As...
Set as Background
Copy Background
Select All
Paste
Create Shortcut
Add to Favorites...
View Source
Encoding
Print...
Print Preview...
Refresh
Export to Microsoft Excel
Properties
