I downloaded the ITunes 8 and every time I open it, jaws says the ITunes folder can not be accessed. The ITunes folder is in the my music folder. When I go there I find no such folder. Oo weird. Try deleting the iTunes folder from your profile. Unfortunately I don't know your version of Windows, but in Vista it's under c:\users\username\AppData\roaming\iTunes. Often while using Jaws 9 when I right mouse click or use shift f10 in IE7 the menus to open, open in new tab, open in new window, save target as, or copy shortcut etc etc it doesn't workor appear at all.
