Re: [JAWS-Users] outlook express problems, replying or writing a mail
Maybe you can try to totally reinstall Jaws. It only takes a few minutes. I have dealt with similar problems in the past. I truly think that will work. You might have one of those very secretive virus's. Believe me I know all about those. I have been a Jaws user for 14 years and I am a college graduate. When I lived in the dorm, a lot of those students used to like to make those. - Original Message - From: Chrissy chrissy31...@gmx.de To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Sent: Sunday, March 08, 2009 11:44 PM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] outlook express problems, replying or writing a mail yes I did but still has not changed. Hi Barbara, 1. Alt + V for the view menu. 2. Arrow down to Sort by submenu and press enter, or press the letter B. 3. Arrow down and make sure that the Received and Descending boxes are checked. [JAWS-Users] Weird Outlook Express problem
Hi, all, For some reason, when I type a message into Outlook Express which has multiple paragraphs, using the control key in conjunction with the up and down arrows will not read the previous and next paragraphs. It just jumps me to either the top or bottom of the message. Curiously, this is only happening in Outlook Express. I looked in the keyboard manager, and it indicates that control-up-arrow and control-down-arrow are supposed to say the previous and next paragraphs, but they don't. I did not notice this problem until a few days ago when I installed JAWS Script Exchange. I'm wondering if that would have modified my Outlook Express script files? It is the only thing I can think of. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this problem, please let me know. BTW: I am using JAWS 9.0, Windows XP, and Outlook Express 2003. Re: [JAWS-Users] Weird Outlook Express problem
I can't fix it, but to jump from one paragraph to another while reading, press the letter p or shift-p. During Sayall. It jumps in Outlook Express just as in Internet Explorer. But that isn't the answer. Re: [JAWS-Users] transfering files
Yo may be able to use the sent to command. You could also try creating a folder for the set of files you want to move, and just cut and paste the folder. -Original Message- From: jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Holger Fiallo Sent: Monday, March 09, 2009 9:58 PM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: [JAWS-Users] transfering files Hi, all I want to move files from one hard drive to another. StickyKeys is designed for people who have difficulty holding down two or more keys simultaneously. When a shortcut requires a key combination, such as CTRL+P, StickyKeys will enable you to press a modifier key (CTRL, ALT, or SHIFT), or the Windows logo key and have it remain active until another key is pressed.
