To move to the end of ta row in a table, do alt control shift right arrow. If you don't want to move the pc cursor, rout jaws to pc with insert minus on the numpad. Then press page up, or the 9 on the numpad. Use insert down arrow to read, and of course that is the say all command. The jaws cursor will be reading at this time, and it will only read the window which is visible on the screen. I'm not sure I completely understand your question. But, you will have to know there's an attachment or I haven't found a way to know otherwise. If you know, tab through all the header like to, from, subject, etc and you will see something that looks like a filename. Well, that's your first attachment. Now, it will look like there is only one. So, right arrow over to make sure that Jaws doesn't say another one and proceed like that. Not real scientific, but it does work.
