Hi Inthaneel, I'm using win7 plus 64 Bit machine, plus Jaws'12_03, the prob
is when I do a printout on Yahoo or google, it seems to work fine, but, when
I do e.g a letter it doesn't seem to print out all the lines or words. I've
just put in knew Cartridge blackink. Hope this makes sense. Mick dubo.

Goto Unit's and Printers, and be sure, that your printer is set as default

Re: [JAWS-Users] book marks

2012-07-20 Thread David
Hello Kimsan;

If I remember correctly;
It's a plug-in for windows media player,
Which works for both audio and video files,
The plug-in remembers where you left off in a particular file.
As in creates a book mark.
To my recollection,
If you start a file, the plug-in will do it's thing,
I think there is a little setup involved the first time it's installed.

There is an automatic plugin you can download and install that will allow
you to resume where you last left off, however, I do not believe it allows
you to
set multiple book marks. You can search online for a 3rd-party plugin, but
this may do it for you:
1. Go to:
http://www.catenalogic.com/downloads/mymediabookmarks/mymediabookmarks_exe_1
.2.exe
2. Download the plugin and install
3. Open up Windows Media Player
4. The initial setup will launch, it will want to update. Go through all the
prompts and once it asks if you would like to close Windows Media Player
now,
go ahead and hit the 'X' in Windows Media Player (NOT the 'X' in the small
update popup window that's telling you to close Windows Media Player)
5. From here, once the update is complete, restart Windows Media Player and
either play audio or watch a video. The process is automatic, though you can
go into the plugin options and uncheck the automatic bookmark settings.
Basically, if you're listening to or watching something and you just close
out
of Windows Media Player, or select a different file, the next time you go
back into the audio or video file, it will resume from it's last spot.
Hope this helps,
Thanks!

2012-07-20 Thread jim
Thanks Cuong.
If I put the volume level at 20 percent, I will not be able to hear the
recording will I?
You say using another program to edit the recording will bring up the volume,
is this correct?
Also, how do you record your voice and Jaws voice at the same time?
thanks for any help, I am learning on the go, I appreciate any help...

Re: [JAWS-Users] re-sound recorder and jaws

2012-07-20 Thread Dang Manh Cuong
Hi Jim
If you want to record your voice and Jaws together, you must set the input of
the recording program to stereo mix, and in windows 7, check the checkbox
called listen to this device in the listen tab of microphone. However, I've
just check and I don't see the options to do it with sound recorder. I never
think I should hear my voice during record, so I'm sorry for unanswer.
If you want to adjust volume, effect or anything for your audio, I think you
can use GoldWave, studio recorder or some other programs. It more convinion.
You can surb www.blind-geek-zone to find some podcast of using GoldWave.
Finally, please do the step below to make sure you already enable the stereo
mix. Note that not all sound card have this.
If you use Windows vista or 7, do the folowing step
Open control panel
Open sound
Navigate to recording page
Tab to the list view, and hit the application key
Down arrow to the options called show disable devices, and press enter.
You should see the stereo mix in the list.
Hope that help.

Hello Kimsan;

If I remember correctly;
It's a plug-in for windows media player, Which works for both audio and
video files, The plug-in remembers where you left off in a particular file.
As in creates a book mark.
To my recollection,
If you start a file, the plug-in will do it's thing, I think there is a
little setup involved the first time it's installed.

There is an automatic plugin you can download and install that will allow
you to resume where you last left off, however, I do not believe it allows
you to set multiple book marks. You can search online for a 3rd-party
plugin, but this may do it for you:
1. Go to:
http://www.catenalogic.com/downloads/mymediabookmarks/mymediabookmarks_exe_1
.2.exe
2. Download the plugin and install
3. Open up Windows Media Player
4. The initial setup will launch, it will want to update. Go through all the
prompts and once it asks if you would like to close Windows Media Player
now, go ahead and hit the 'X' in Windows Media Player (NOT the 'X' in the
small update popup window that's telling you to close Windows Media Player)
5. From here, once the update is complete, restart Windows Media Player and
either play audio or watch a video. The process is automatic, though you can
go into the plugin options and uncheck the automatic bookmark settings.
Basically, if you're listening to or watching something and you just close
out of Windows Media Player, or select a different file, the next time you
go back into the audio or video file, it will resume from it's last spot.
Hope this helps,
Thanks!

Hi again Mick.

Probably it is not about your printer, the problem consist's, but because
you'r screen resolution.
If your screen setting's are set to 1600 / 900 or 1920 / 1080, than you have
to much place on the screen for text, on every line, and than the text will
ran out of the edge of the paper on your printer, when printing out from
this program's, because they have'nt the ability to break the line's
comparing to the printer setting's.

If I am right, reduce the screen solution to 1280 / 720, and see if it
help's.

Good luck.

If I am right, reduce the screen solution to 1280 / 720, and see if it
help's.

Good luck.

Hans Pauli.

In Notepad, in the Format menu, at the buttom of the menu you find Word
wrap.
If this is Checked, all is ok, otherwize, press enter on it, so it become's
checked.

In Wordpad, in the View menu, arrow down to the lower ribbon, and tab to the
Word wrap drop down button, and press spacebar, and arrow down to Set to

Press enter here.

Now you should be done!

Hope that you found out to set your printer as default printer.

I just got a motherboard and hard drive for my laptop. Should I wait until
all things have been updated before I install Jaws, or is it ok to install
before all Windows updates have been completed? I just don’t want to lose
my ILM. I would be installing Jaws 13.

Thanks.

Hello,

How can I Detect and resolve Circular reference errors in Excel 2007 with JAWS

I received this error when I copied a large block of data from one area on my
spreadsheet to another. The block of cells has many
formulas.

When I visually look at the cells with the calculated data with JAWS I do not
notice anything out of the ordinary, but I want to be
sure my formulas and calculated data are still correct since I did receive this
error message.

Thank you,
